# Google Spreadsheet
La tarea **Google Spreadsheet** en Gaio DataOS permite importar datos directamente desde un documento público de Google Sheets hacia tu flujo de datos. Es ideal para colaboración en tiempo real cuando los datos son gestionados externamente por otros equipos, clientes o sistemas compartidos.

### Cómo usar
#### 1. Abrir la tarea
Navega a: **Tasks > ETL > Google Spreadsheet**

#### 2. Completar los detalles de la tarea
* **Task label:** (Opcional) Nombre para identificar la tarea en el flujo (ej.: Importar Hoja de Clientes).
* **Result table:** Nombre de la tabla que será creada o actualizada con los datos importados.
* **Full URL or DOC output ID:** Proporciona el enlace público completo de la hoja o únicamente el ID del documento (ej.: `1aB2C3D4E5FgHiJ`).

La hoja debe estar configurada como pública en la web (**Cualquiera con el enlace puede ver**).
Debe estar en formato CSV (Comma Separated Values).
La primera fila debe contener los encabezados de las columnas.
Evita espacios en blanco o caracteres especiales en los nombres de columnas para mayor compatibilidad.

#### 3. Configurar modo de inserción (opcional)
**Insert mode: append records to table**
* **Habilitado:** Los nuevos datos se agregarán a la tabla existente.
* **Deshabilitado:** La tabla será sobrescrita con el contenido actual de la hoja.

#### 4. Guardar y ejecutar
Haz clic en **Save** para agregar la tarea al flujo.
Al ejecutarse, los datos de la hoja de cálculo serán descargados y cargados en la tabla especificada.

* Importar listas o formularios compartidos por equipos externos o clientes.
* Conectar hojas gestionadas por áreas de negocio (marketing, ventas, finanzas).
